Front Desk Agent

We are hiring two full-time or part-time Front Desk Agent.

Duties

• Perform check-in and check-out duties, including welcoming guests and directing them around property
• Manage reservations both online and by telephone
• Provide information about the hotel, rates, and local area
• Communicate and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff
• Run night audit and other reports as necessary
• Prepare housekeeping reports for the following day
• Light cleaning duties, such as keeping office and public restroom clean

Skills

• Ability to learn new software

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

• Every weekend

Experience:

• Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
