Fairmont Olympic Hotel, located in the heart of Seattle, is seeking a dynamic individual to join us in the role of a Full-Time Front Desk Agent / Phone Operator Hybrid. • When working as a Front Desk Agent the salary is $23.10 per hour + possible monthly incentive bonuses, when working as Phone Operator the salary is $22.05 per hour + $500 Bonus paid after 6 months of successful employment!

Key Responsibilities: 

• Front Desk Operations: Greet guests, check them in and out, and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.
• Phone Operations: Handle incoming calls, assist with inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate departments.
• Guest Services: Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and address guest requests with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Multitasking: Effectively manage both Front Desk and phone duties to ensure the smooth flow of operation

Qualifications

• Service focused personality is essential and previous experience working in a guest-service position is preferred
• Computer savvy and working proficiency with Microsoft Office applications preferred
• Written, verbal, and comprehensive fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
