Eritage Resort is an intimate property tucked within 300 acres of vineyards and is designed to provide guests with an unparalleled Washington wine country experience with exceptional lodging and cuisine.

Applicants will need to demonstrate:
- A positive mind set
- Self-motivation and a passion for hospitality

- Ability to multi-task
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication (both oral and written) and customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Wine/Beverage knowledge
- Ability to work flexible schedules when necessary to include weekends, evenings and holidays.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests with exceptional customer service
- Take reservations
- Manage incoming calls
- Check guests in and out
- Ensure charges are accurately posted to guest folios
- Assist in various departments as needed
- Curate wine tastings for guests
- Willingness to help team achieve success!
- Must be willing to obtain MAST and Food Handlers certificates
