This is a Part Time or Full Time Position, *must have availability from 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm*. Must have weekend and holiday availability.
You work with the Front Office management team to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests. From check in to check out you are the first and last impression. You are the hub of communication. You own the guest experience and work with the other departments, from housekeeping to maintenance, to deliver on the hotels standards and service expectations.

Responsibilities
- Checking guests in and out accurately, ensuring proper credit is obtained.
- Making reservations and upselling as appropriate.
- Ensuring proper handling of credit cards, cash and other forms of billing/payments
- Answer phone calls, proficiently use the computer and other technologies
- Ability to act as a concierge and perform your duties while always providing exceptional guest service
- Constantly communicate with other shifts, departments, and management in an accurate and respectful manner
