Our business is making sure our guests have a phenomenal experience with every visit. At our company, we wear many hats and every employee is expected to be wherever they are needed at the time! Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor

- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately

- Provide information about facility and everything that we have to offer.

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally

- Assist with taking and scheduling reservations and communicating those with staff

- Process payments accurately

- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of at the Front Desk area, Pro Shop, and bathroom facilities

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

- Comply with ATF and FBI requirements for any purchases or paperwork.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role

- Gun knowledge is preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evenings as needed
• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
• Weekends only
