Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about our services and facilities
- Manage reservations and ensure all guest information is accurately recorded
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate special projects or events as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the Front Desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus
- Ability to transcribe information accurately is an advantage
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
