Hotel Shuttle Driver/Front Desk Agent

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Shuttle Driver/Front Desk Agent to join our team.

Duties:

Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers to and from designated locations
- Follow predetermined routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the shuttle, ensuring their safety at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shuttle vehicle
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle
- Report any vehicle malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate records of passenger counts, mileage, and fuel consumption.

It is necessary to perform the Front Desk duties as required.
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
