As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. Duties: - Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and other requests - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as required Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple phone lines - Multilingual skills are a plus - Proficient in using computer systems, including reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of Front Desk operations and guest services - Familiarity with night audit procedures is an advantage - Degree or diploma in hospitality management is desirable We offer competitive pay and benefits for this position.
