Job Type: Fulltime/Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment and company assets associated with pork processing while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to client's policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot facility and equipment problems that occur in the day- to-day operations.
- Perform work that involves hydraulics, electrical, plumbing, conveyor maintenance, 3-phase wiring, AC/CD control wiring, welding, and pneumatic systems.
- Set up, adjust, and break down production machinery.
- Preform scheduled preventative maintenance duties.
- Read and understand equipment manuals and instructions.
- Complete daily reports and paperwork.
- Work environments are wet and humid.
- Temperatures range from 35 to 90+ degrees.
- Work includes climbing ladders, working from elevated platforms, standing, and walking on hard floors and occasional lift of 60 lbs.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Must be able to do Mechanical troubleshooting, Electrical/Electronic Troubleshooting, Hydraulic Troubleshooting, PLC
- Must have experience in Troubleshooting and Navigation, Welding/Fabrication, AC/DC Control Wiring, Motor Control, 3 Phase Wiring, Plumbing, Conveyor Maintenance, Hydraulics, Pneumatic systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing industrial equipment is preferred.
- Proficiency in hydraulics, electrical systems, plumbing, conveyor systems, welding, and pneumatic systems.
- Capability to read and understand equipment manuals and instructions.
- Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures, wet and humid conditions, and perform tasks that include climbing ladders, working from elevated platforms, and lifting objects weighing up to 60 lbs.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Salary Range: $24.85 per hour
