Front Desk Agent

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent for the Hilton Garden Inn Sugar Land Texas for that has open availability and willing to 7 am- 3 pm, 3pm-11pm and open to covering if need 11pm-7am shift. 1-year of Hilton OnQ experience is preferred. Bilingual preferred but required.

Job Duties:

- Assists guests with check-in/out, answer questions about the property and surrounding areas, answer phones, make reservations, handle minor guest complaints, and other various duties.

- Be able to work well with others and pass along information to the next shift/management.

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing individual to work 7 am - 3 pm and 3 pm - 11 pm.
