Front Desk Agent

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and cancellations
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems for reservations, check-ins, and other Front Desk functions

Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will ensure that our guests have a pleasant stay from check-in to check-out.
