SalaryNow hiring - Smiling faces! Looking for full time person with open availability for our Front Desk. Must be able to work any 7-3 or 3-11 shift any day of the week.
Responsibilities include
- Booking reservations for individuals, families and groups as required
- Answering the phone at the Front Desk to respond to current and prospective guests' needs
- Greet walk-in guests and guests with reservations when they arrive at the Front Desk
- Resolve guest requests and complaints
- Willingness to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to pass background check
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry a plus
- 2+ years customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
- High school diploma/GED required
