We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a environment centered on health and wellness, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about Resort's amenities and services
- Handle client inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations and room accomodations
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for clients daily.
- Coordinate with F&B for client meals
- Answer calls
- Speak to potential clients about services available
- Provide high class service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Knowledge of hotel operations and Front Desk procedures is desirable
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
