We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Amin to join our team. As a Front Desk Admin, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding process. Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls and respond to applicant or active employee inquiries
- Process sick day / payroll request to maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Maintaining weekly reports up to date.
Experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
- Experience with Data entry and calendar management is a plus
