Job Description
- Answer and make a phone call
- Emailing
- Ranging orders pick-up and delivery
- Scanning and other office duties
- Organize inventory forms, add and modify them. Communicate with warehouse and office staff to complete inventory information.
Requirements:
- At least a college Diploma is required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working in social work, counseling
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Speaking English and Spanish.
- Good communication and writing skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
