We have an immediate opening for a Customer Experience Expert to join our Team - someone who enjoys helping customers and supporting a team environment - must be positive and proactive. Hybrid work is available for the right candidate. Training is onsite in our office.
Job Title:Customer Experience Expert/Business Development
Pay Rate: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour plus bonus
Work Hours: 4-5 days per week, 32 to 40 hours per week, every other Saturday.
What you will be doing:
- Answering incoming calls, forwarding as necessary and making outbound calls to current customers.
- Answering emails and texts inquiries.
- Scheduling service appointments & working with the lead Service Coordinator to maximize revenue.
- Supporting co-workers, the company and it's clients by providing helpful information, answering questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner.
- Educate callers on products and services.
- Follow-up on recommendations from services.
- Maintaining customer accounts and records.
- Support the team to ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.
Required Qualifications:
- A two year degree and/or 3+ years experience in a service industry and/or 3+ years experience in a call center or inside sales.
sales experience - 2 + years in a professional office setting.
- 3 + years of customer service experience
- A clear and professional speaking voice as phones are a major function of the position.
- Stellar customer service skills and communication skills.
- The ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to type 40 + WPM with accuracy.
- MS Office Suite; specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
- CRM database experience. We use Service Titan.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- The ability to learn about our products, services, and features.
