We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk person to join our team! As the Front Desk person, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will greet customers as they arrive, direct them appropriately, answer phone calls, and maintain the Front Desk area. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers
- Respond to inquiries in-person, over the phone, and via email
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby and Front Desk area
- Accurately record client information and accept payments
- Schedule classes and appointments
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Friendly and professional disposition
- Two or more years of customer service, receptionist or Front Desk experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong work ethic
- Familiar with computers, spreadsheets, and scheduling software
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
