HeyDay Entertainment is a super fun family entertainment center that includes a sports bar, bowling, billiards, arcade, mini-golf, laser tag and full service menu. We've got something for everyone! Located just off I-35 between Norman and Moore, many of our guests are looking for local fun which we aim to provide. From our local beers to our game-day watch parties, there's always something happening at HeyDay!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assign and Start bowling lanes, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests or direct them to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with check-in processes for online reservations, including handling payments and issuing FUN cards
- Manage reservations and update the availability of lanes in the system
- Provide information about the facility, attractions, and local menus
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week
