The Center for Dental Excellence is looking to add a motivated and friendly smile to our Front Desk team!
As a Front Desk team member you will be responsible for the following:
- Establishing a positive first impression of the practice when greeting patients for the office visit or over the phone
- Ensuring that patients leave happy and confident without questions after their visit
- Maintaining full and productive schedules for the office providers (doctors/hygienist)
- Credibly explaining dental insurance benefits to patients
- Presenting treatment & Financial plans, comfortably and confidentially
- Answering incoming calls and calling out to fill the providers schedule
Office Hours are as follows:
- Mondays 10a - 7p
- Tuesdays - Thursdays 8a - 5p
- Fridays 7a - 2p
- Rotating Saturdays 8a - 1p
- Successful history in dental administration or similar field
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build lasting relationships with patients and teammates
- Positive, mature outlook and team-player attitude
- Reliable track record
