Under the supervision of the Center Owner or Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with all store services and products. Operates the point-of-sale system, copiers/printers, sorts mail and helps customers with fingerprinting services.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Previous customer service or sales experience in a retail environment
- Comfortable handling customer complaints and problems in a professional manner
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Quick Learner that can be up and running within 30 days
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite, Windows operating system, and other computer hardware and software
- Ability to work extended hours IF necessary on large projects
- Some supervisory skills preferred
- Assist customers with printing estimates/orders and shipping and packaging services
- Open and close the center and cash register, and maintain the cleanliness of store
- Assist management in maintaining, ordering, and stocking inventory
- Interact with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS couriers, other vendors, and all store staff
- Sort and deposit mail in private mailboxes and virtual mailboxes
- Will be trained as fingerprint technician for onsite fingerprinting services
- Able to stand behind a sales counter for extended periods of time
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers by email, by phone, and in-person
- May be required to operate a motor vehicle
