We are looking for Car Rental Customer Service Agents at our Phoenix Airport location.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and helping customers with questions regards rentals pricing
- Clerical – Processing rental reservations and rental contract
- Answering calls and in-person questions about rental cars
- Position may require other duties assigned by the manager on site
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- - Provide information about rental options and answer any questions or concerns- Process rental agreements, including data entry and documentation- Coordinate vehicle pick-up and return logistics- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience- Collaborate with the sales team to meet rental targets
- Location: Phoenix Airport Car Rental
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Have a driver's license
- Clean Driving Record in the past 3 years
ALL Shifts Available,
10am-6pm and 5pm-1am - FT
Pay Rate: $19hr with weekly pay
