The Regulatory Affairs Manager will work on the creation of product labels and product communications, documentation, and Regulatory related activities. Position reports into Sr. FSQA Director.
Responsibilities:
- Create FDA-compliant food product labels, incorporating ingredient statements, nutrition facts panels, and allergen statements with proficiency in retail food regulation and guidance.
- Review and approve label artwork with a high degree of accuracy, including graphics, formatting, text, and grammar.
- Manage product nutrition and ingredient information, including supporting documents from suppliers.
- Identify labeling issues and communicate with the appropriate teams.
- Support the Sales/Customer Service teams with inquiries related to products and ingredients.
- Provide suppliers and customers with regulatory information through their online portals.
- Review product formulas and raw materials for compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist with the development of product specifications.
- Contribute to product related communications with regulatory and nutrition insights.
- Assist with the implementation of programs, policies, SOPs, and practices to ensure products comply with regulations.
- Collaborate with multiple functions and support innovation projects.
- Participate in GFSI and customer audits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
