• 10 years experience in the commercial and Multifamily construction industry
• Proven stability in your career working on commercial and Multifamily projects
• Hard bid, negotiated, and conceptual estimating required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as detail orientated
• BS in Construction Management or related to
