Overview:
We are seeking Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Duties:
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and portion sizes
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces
- Ensure Food Safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Follow dietary restrictions and special requests when preparing meals
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Full time shifts:

Day time (openers): 7AM-3:30PM

Evening (closers): 2PM-9PM

Weekend part time shifts:

Day time: 10:45am-3:30pm

Evening: 3pm-7:30pm

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of Food Safety practices and procedures
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour
