Job Description

Quality & Food Safety Data Analyst
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting the oversight, development, and deployment of ADM’s digital quality and Food Safety systems and analytics strategy. The role will be engaged with the global Quality and Food Safety (QFS) digital implementation assuring effective use of digital tools while supporting quality and Food Safety advanced analytics across the company enabling successful execution of ADM’s Quality Management System. This individual’s responsibilities will also include ensuring integrity of quality/Food Safety Data supporting global scorecards and data analytics measuring quality program performance, emerging risks, and supporting data driven decision making. Role works closely with the Quality Management System (QMS) team, business stakeholders in the QMS, and IT technical teams to ensure sustained compliance in QFS solutions.
This position will report to the Manager – Digital Quality & Food Safety within the Quality Management Systems team.
Primary Job Functions:
  • Collaborate with business unit team members to collect data, analyze, and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Data sourcing, cleaning & preparation, exploration, analysis, and development of visualizations supporting integrated scorecards, risk management, and QMS compliance.
  • Monitor and report on the reliability/health of QFS digital systems and data, recommending & develop solutions to remediate persistent analytics issues, ensuring system effectiveness ,and continuous improvement.
  • Act as change agent driving improvements and implementation of the digital Quality & Food Safety analytics strategy.
  • Perform business administration functions supporting new initiative system implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams ensuring data integrity and traceability of quality processes in compliance with ADM’s quality management system while ensuring alignment of method and execution.
  • Support a data driven approach to monitoring and driving Quality & Food Safety program effectiveness.
  • Drive automation opportunities enhancing efficiency within Quality & Food Safety.
  • Supporting the implementation and oversight of an electronic quality management system (eQMS) in accordance with ADM and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to CAPA, audit management, complaint handling, deviations, and investigations.
  • Remain current with industry trends, technology and regulations as applicable.
Job Qualifications:
  • Ability to decipher, aggregate, and organize large amounts of data maintaining attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Development of data sets, reports, and visualizations
  • Experience with system deployment, upgrades, administration, and configuration.
  • Experience in large-scale system implementations. Including configuration, implementation, and change management.
  • Ability to develop, review, execute, and approve lifecycle documentation, change control, and validation plans.
  • Familiarity with data aggregation and reporting tools such as such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel.
  • Experience in Quality & Food Safety, manufacturing, or supply chain.
  • Preferred 4 year degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing, supply chain, Food Safety, or IT.
