Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of food orders from the kitchen to the customers' tables. Your role is crucial in maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver food/Drink orders accurately and promptly to customers' tables
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders
• Assist in garnishing and preparing plates before serving
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow
• Address any customer inquiries or concerns regarding food orders
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to provide excellent customer service
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order delivery
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and guidelines
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
