Bus Boy/Food Runner

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Busboy to join our team in the food industry. As a Busboy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and smooth operations in our restaurant or catering establishment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in delivering food orders from the kitchen to the customers' tables.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff and servers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food orders.
- Clean and set up tables for new guests, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.
- Assist in bussing tables and clearing dishes to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Help with basic food preparation tasks, such as garnishing plates or assembling appetizers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure all food items are properly prepared and presented.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or plates when necessary.
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety guidelines.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Pay: $17.64 - $21.25 per hour
