Here’s what you’ll be doing:

R&D for product quality and efficiency while overseeing global regulatory compliance, scientific network building, research program management, and internal governance development to support company innovation and business goals.

• Spearhead R&D initiatives to enhance overall product quality and operational efficiency.
• Ensure worldwide regulatory compliance for products, covering on-pack/off-pack nutrition information, ingredient declarations, claims, and packaging standards.
• Manage diverse scientific research programs focused on health, nutrition, and sustainability, contributing to ongoing innovation.
• Develop and implement internal governance frameworks and standards to align with company goals, fostering a supportive environment for innovation and business growth.

Here’s what you’ll have:

• Bachelor's Degree (Food Science highly preferred) required
• Safety and Regulatory Compliance for Food, Packaging or General Merchandise Development -CPG, Consumer Packaged Goods
