We are looking for a Machine Service Technician!
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 DOE
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ensures operation of mechanical/electro-mechanical equipment, machinery, material processing & cutting machines, basic pneumatic tools/lines
- Assesses and completes diagnostics and preventive maintenance
- Oversees new installations, movement of machines, calibration, set up and leveling
- Coordinates services with outside vendors as needed
- Responsible for tracking, scheduling and documenting all preventative maintenance in accordance with company policy
- Performs other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Required Education: High School Diploma
- Preferred Experience: 5+ years installing, maintaining and/or repairing a variety of machinery
- Strong diagnostic troubleshooting and repair skills
- Knowledge of associated tools and test equipment
- Proficient at reading and following diagrams, manufacturer’s instructions and engineering specifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong time management skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook a plus)
- This position requires the use of stairs, and occasionally lifting objects up to 50lbs
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
