- Opening & closing responsibilities inclusive of outlet set up & breakdown
- Scheduling
- Support of beverage operation responsibilities (tracking needs, running drinks, bar cleanliness, etc.)
- Time Clock & Tip Auditing
- Leading the team during service in all aspects to ensure the hospitality and service standards are being met at all times
- Embracing the ethos of Renwick Hospitality Group
- Being a protector of your staff and helping meet team members' expectations.
