We are currently seeking a superstar to join our team in delivering an unparalleled experience to our esteemed members as a Fitness Administrative Assistant, with personal training components to the role on a part-time basis.
Job Summary:
Our high performing dual role superstar will primarily be responsible for providing professional administrative duties and secondarily will be teaching classes and leading personal training.

Are you willing and able to perform the job duties listed below?
- Setting up, maintaining, putting away and cleaning exercise equipment.
- Always ensure a clean and safe facility
- Organizing and stocking supplies, answering phone, and taking messages
- Greeting and interacting with members and their guests as they enter and exit the facility.
- Explaining and promoting various wellness and recreation programs and activities to the members and their guests
- Teaching members and their guests how to use essential pieces of fitness equipment.
- Reporting feedback and enforcing posted rules and regulations of the facility
- Teach one group class per week.
- Other special projects and duties as assigned.
Lifestyle Schedule:
Tuesday - Friday: 6:30am- 11:30am
Benefits/Perks:
- PAY: hourly compensation plus commission structure on personal training services and group classes. ($16.00 - $18.00 per hour, plus commission structure $40/class and 70% of every private service)
- SCHEDULE: This is a Part-Time position scheduled from Tuesday through Friday, 6:30 am to 11:30 am, which may include training members and teaching classes.

Requirements
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- High School diploma
- Certification from national organizations such as ACSM, ACE, PTAG, W.I.T.S, CSCS, TPI, MAT, NSCA, and NASM is preferred..
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
- Computer Skills- Should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Publisher, and Word)
- Enthusiastic about Fitness and wellness
- Interpersonal Skills- Focuses on solving conflict, not blaming; maintains confidentiality; listens to others without interrupting; remains open to others' ideas and suggestions.

- Talk and hear clients who are being served.
- Frequent bending, stooping, lifting, and pulling.
- Frequent sitting, walking, and standing.

- Most responsibilities are performed in a temperature-controlled fitness facility environment.
- Some exposure to temperature extremes when leading group activities at the tennis or pool facilities.
