Job Summary
This position may be eligible for remote work for candidates with prior experience.
We invite you to join us as a Grant Reconciler. In this role, they will support to the Collaborative Grant Services (CGS) post-award team members by tracking expenditures and reconciling grant accounts monthly, verifying appropriate payroll charged, and ensuring all documents for transactions have been obtained. They will have a broad understanding of University processes and procedures (Administrative and Governing Regulations and Business Procedures) for the procurement of goods and services, and associated systems and forms for processing. This includes but is not limited to Procards, travel reimbursements to employees and students, travel advances, imprest accounts, student scholarships, research subject payments, and subcontract payments on sponsored projects. They will also maintain a broad understanding of University systems for storage of electronic procurement documentation and access documentation routinely to support CGS business processes.
