Pay Range: $74,000-$106,000
What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
- Represent the finance organization as a core team member on cross-functional Global Product Development projects.
- Develop business case models to analyze new product investment decisions, drive decision-making within the project core teams, and inform the executive approval team.
- Perform detailed analyses to identify, analyze, understand, and monitor the organization’s key performance indicators related to brand sales.
- Support brand leadership team in modeling and analyzing national promotion events for our brands to help understand mix, lift and profitability.
- Support strategic planning and decision-making by identifying and analyzing key business trends, market segments, and key customers.
- Proactively assist in developing projects to identify opportunities for cost savings / profit enhancement and efficiency improvement throughout the organization.
- Create and provide ad hoc reporting for cross-functional groups and varying organizational levels to evaluate business trends and opportunities in support of various modeling assumptions.
- Seek ways to improve standard reporting as requested or required with a view toward driving action.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What You’ll Need (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
- 3+ years of related experience.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, required; experience Power BI is desirable.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills – to all levels of the organization.
- High energy, high ownership of work product, and dedication to driving results.
- Ability to thrive in rapid-change environment – no two days are the same!
- Challenger mindset with strong collaborative focus.
- Strong sense of curiosity and desire to learn.
- Proven ability to make confident, fact-based decisions.
- The position requires infrequent overnight travel.
