The Role:
The Senior Financial AnalystManufacturing & Innovation (Hot Fill/HAA) reports to Senior Finance Manager, Manufacturing & Innovation and is responsible for financial support of the Hot Fill/HAA External Manufacturing Team including volume, scrap and toll charge budgets and forecasts, manufacturer P&Ls and ROI analyses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Hot Fill/HAA Team to track and report manufacturer/sku level cost of goods budget and forecasts, complete variance analyses as appropriate.
• Collaborate with the Hot Fill/HAA Team to support analysis and negotiation of toll manufacturing charges.
• Collaborate with the Hot Fill/HAA Team to track and report manufacturer profitability at the Gross Margin level.
• Collaborate with business partners to identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Support Senior Finance Manager, Manufacturing & Innovation managing special projects and corporate initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
• 2+ years finance/accounting experience preferred (investment banking, financial consulting, corporate finance, FP&A, etc.).
• CPG Industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, financial modeling, and financial reporting including GAAP accounting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong Excel product knowledge.
• Demonstrated self-starter with team collaboration skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Oracle NetSuite experience preferred.
