Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will delve deep into financial data to drive business strategy, optimize profitability, and ensure financial stability and liquidity. Leveraging advanced Excel skills, the Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing processes, B2B and B2C sales, and strategic decision-making through in-depth research, sophisticated reporting, and insightful analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Data Analysis & Forecasting: Dive into financial data, consolidating and analyzing information with respect to company goals and financial standing. Develop comprehensive financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning efforts.
- Cost Reduction & Performance Improvement: Employ creative problem-solving to identify and implement cost-saving measures and performance enhancement strategies. Conduct benchmarking and process analysis to drive efficiency.
- Investment & Expenditure Evaluation: Analyze past and present financial data to forecast future revenues and expenditures. Assess investment opportunities, capital expenditures, and depreciation to advise on profitable paths and financial strategies.
- Reporting & Insight Generation: Craft detailed reports and projections based on meticulous analysis. Highlight key metrics such as yearly growth, return on assets, and earnings per share to provide actionable insights.
- Strategic Decision Support: Work closely with senior management to influence long-term and strategic decision-making, offering recommendations grounded in solid financial analysis.
- Process Improvement: Drive initiatives aimed at improving financial processes and policies, ensuring the alignment with overall business objectives.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and financial software applications.
- Experience with statistical analysis and familiarity with financial forecasting, diagnosis, and corporate finance.
- Strong presentation, reporting, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into understandable terms for non-financial stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in financial modeling and analysis within a manufacturing or sales-oriented business environment.
- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley and a basic understanding of finance principles.
- Strategic thinking capabilities and excellent time management skills.
