Your role at Clorox:
The Business Intelligence Engineer will help lead the analytics data migration activities required to transition to cloud environment as well as develop/build automation to support advanced analytics tools.
In this role, you will:

• Support data engineering/automation activities with emphasis on Azure platform (including Databricks).
• Support analytics data and tools migration from on-prem systems to cloud environment.
• Ability to learn and support new technical systems including SAP applications (ex: SAC/DWC)
• Ability to ask appropriate technical questions enabling best-in-class data solutions.
• Develop/build descriptive dashboards and advanced analytics tools to address specific Supply Chain sub-function business questions and support better decision making.
• Assist Supply Chain Analytics management in defining advanced analytics skills going forward to support Clorox business process.

What we look for:

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline such as statistics, analytics, or mathematics
• Knowledge of SQL databases, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Power Platform.
• Willingness to expand skillset into additional analytics tools such as simulation and optimization.
• Strong interpersonal skills. Tailors personal style for better interaction with others. Demonstrates diplomacy in providing feedback in a constructive manner. Can interact well with leaders at various management levels.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, execute and deliver concurrent projects/activities on budget and on time. Anticipates problems and develops preventative and contingent actions/solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to write and verbally communicate technical concepts intended for non-technical recipients.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
-Zone A: $86,600 - $161,900
-Zone B: $79,400 - $148,400
-Zone C: $72,100 - $134,900
