Location: Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy, providing various levels of flexibility while also ensuring that associates have opportunities to connect in-person. Unless in a designated virtual-eligible role and specified as primarily virtual by the hiring manager, associates are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week. The Financial Analystwill be instrumental in supporting the preparation and analysis of budgets and financial forecasts in conjunction with our company's financial directives for the Elevance Health Benefits Operations area. This role will work closely with Finance Directors, Financial Consultant Seniors and Health Benefits Operations business partners to ensure financial accuracy and control.

How You Will Make an Impact

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Prepares budgets, forecasts and trend analyses.
• Compiles and prepares reports, graphs and charts of data developed.
• Reviews invoices and list assets with correct profile.
• Creates and enters journal entries.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS in accounting or finance; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications is strongly preferred
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• MBA, CPA, CMA preferred.
• 1-2 years experience preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $54,246.40 to $97,643.52
