Reporting to the Director of Commercial Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for designing and preparing financial management reporting, acts as finance business partner for departmental projects, and assists in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly and quarterly forecasts.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with leaders across the organization (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Brewing, Supply Chain and Logistics) to identify financial KPIs.
- Design reports to measure monthly, quarterly, year-to-date and full year performance of financial KPIs.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create useful reporting visualization and ensure data is easily digestible and actionable.
- Prepare and deliver financial reporting accurately and timely within established management routines.
- Analyze results and explain variances by collaborating with cross-functional teams to uncover and communicate underlying performance drivers.
- Support the development of annual and long-term budgeting and strategic plans.
- Provide support for special projects including financial modeling and robust business analysis to highlight financial implication and support key decisions.
- Identify, recommend and implement improvements to financial planning and management reporting processes.
Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (finance, accounting, business).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant and progressive experience in finance, including planning, analysis and building financial models required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a time sensitive environment and manage well through ambiguity.
- Proven ability to partner with various business functions.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PowerBI required.
- Proficiency in accessing and aggregating large data sets from multiple sources (ERP systems and other web-based platforms).
