Financial Analyst
This position is fully remote except for the first month of training and any future training that may be needed
Temp-to-Hire: end client is a property management company based out of Ohio (Will discuss details during screening/interview)
Salary: 80-90K
Primary work location: Although the position is remote, you must reside in TN or GA.
Functions and Responsibilities
• Prepare and document the monthly and quarterly accounting close
• Analyze internal financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting practices
• Prepare and review reconciliations of general ledger accounts
• Record and approve general journal entries as appropriate
• Assist in the completion of the annual financial statement audit
Minimum Qualifications:
• BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 1-3 years of corporate finance or comparable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Netsuite, Oracle Hyperion, or comparable ERPs and Planning software.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
• Proficient knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques.
• Strong ability to identify trends and patterns in complex data sets.

• Able to collaborate with cross functional teams across the organization.
• Knowledge or experience in the Software as a Service (SaaS) or travel software industry is a plus
Will be digging into accounting related budgeting and forecasting tasks.
