Automotive Finance Manager Requirements:
Candidate MUST have a minimum of 3 years of recent Automotive F&I Management experience.
- Stable work history with verifiable references
- Minimum of 3 years recent new car dealership F&I experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Florida insurance, sales tax, tag & titling regulations and laws
- Must have record of clean paperwork, high work ethic, and a professional attitude
- Must be committed to the profession, a team player, and have no fear of working extended hours if needed
- Proven sales record
- Must be highly ethical in all dealings with customers and employees
- Be highly motivated
- Must be computer proficient
- Possess excellent Customer Relation skills
- AFIPS/FILES certification preferred but not required
- Sales management experience helpful, but not requred
