Finance Controller

Qualifications: Prepare, coordinate and manage the operational aspects of monthly closings of the financial statements for all entities, including journal entries and account reconciliations Ensure a forecast is submitted upon closing the end of the month financials Initiate the budget schedule to ensure a completed budget is presented before the end of the calendar year Oversee and maintain, on a daily basis, all cash flow analysis for all entities Assess current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement, and implementing new processes Evaluate and implement accounting and internal control systems Responsible for multi-state tax compliance to include sales, excise, DtC, property, TOT, etc. Accounting software and POS system integration management Organize and manage the COA and financial report writing Direct and manage A/P, A/R, C/R, P/R, Costing, and Inventory Control Ensure financial transactions and reports comply with GAAP Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting required, Master's degree or CPA preferred; and five or more years related experience Have the ability to train employees on any new processes and procedures Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with advanced data analysis skills, GP Dynamics/Business Central, or other accounting software Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
