COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE OFFICE BROKERAGE ADMINISTRATOR
NAI G2 is hiring a Brokerage Administrator to join our dynamic and growing commercial Real Estate office. The Brokerage Administrator will be the first person to interact with clients and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks related to the support and success of the office and its brokers. Commercial Real Estate background is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Independent, self starter, can manage work with little supervision
- Ability to learn and become proficient in the Real Estate CRM, billing, marketing and tracking platforms used by the firm
- Manage incoming revenue and related documentation, recording and invoicing
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet all clients, visitors
- Assists with client, landlord, tenant and vendor customer service
- Write and distribute mail, email, correspondence memos, letters, invoices and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to our Real Estate clients
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of general office equipment, internet, alarm and phones
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to cross train with other support positions within the firm
- Other duties as assigned
This position is a full time, in office, hourly position that reports to the Chief Operations Officer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
