Are you a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking an exciting opportunity in the beautiful Volusia County, specifically in the Palm Coast area? Look no further! We are currently hiring BCBA professionals to join our team.

Position Details:

• Location: Volusia County, Florida (Palm Coast area)
• Work Settings: Primarily home-based cases
• Sign-On Bonus: We offer a generous sign-on bonus of $5,000.00 to qualified candidates.
• Contract Options: Choose between a 1099 contract or a W2 contract based on your preference.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments (such as Vineland, BASC-3, and others relevant to client needs).
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
• Perform Functional Assessments to guide treatment planning.
• Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, daycare staff, and community personnel.
• Continuously analyze data to inform treatment adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Valid BCBA certification.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in home-based settings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Familiarity with Volusia County resources and community services.
