File Clerk / Office Assistant

Friedemann Goldberg Wargo Hess LLP, is a well-established law firm in Santa Rosa.

Our firm has an immediate opening for a File Clerk or Office Assistant (depending on experience). Candidates should be dependable, punctual, friendly, possess a strong work ethic, exhibit a professional demeanor, and project a positive attitude.

The position will assist with a multitude of tasks including, but not limited to:

• Electronic filing documents
• Reception phone relief and overflow
• Filing legal documents with court
• Data entry
• Various projects as assigned

We are looking for candidates who are interested in an entry level position with the opportunity to grow with the firm. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and other office technologies is ideal.

This is a full-time position with benefits and the opportunity to be part of a great team. Starting wage and benefit package:

• $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience
