File Clerk

Temmerman, Cilley, Kohlmann, & Norcia LLP has an immediate opening for a part-time File Clerk in its Danville office. The candidate shall preferably have experience within a law firm file room or other record handling experience. Duties of the File Clerk include file maintenance and document organization. As a File Clerk, you will be responsible for filing all incoming documents, maintaining attorney filing, tracking down files, and moving and lifting files. This position also includes maintaining a neat and organized desk and file room, document organization, and assisting attorneys, secretaries and staff with special projects.

Candidates must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities include:

• File and scan both physical and electronic documents
• Perform court runs, including errands
• Set up and clean up conference rooms and stock office supplies
• Sort and deliver mail

We're seeking a File Clerk with a positive attitude, excellent organization, time management, and communication skills. You should have the ability to effectively interact within a team environment, as well as independently.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.15 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
