Essential Functions:
- Performs service on assigned products with some level of supervision.
- Closes orders for in-service software in a timely manner.
- Completes administrative duties accurately and in a timely manner.
- Performs preventive maintenance and equipment modifications on equipment following a schedule while maintaining optimal resource up time.
- Ordering and managing repair parts.
- Complies with all company-issued policies and procedures.
- Obtains product knowledge through classroom or on-the-job training.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Associate's degree in electronics or equivalent work or military experience required.
- Electrical troubleshooting experience with at least 2 years of experience with high-technology equipment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to complete all credentialing requirements (vaccinations, training, drug testing, etc.)
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
- Frequent lifting/carrying loads weighing more than 50 pounds.
- May be required to push, carry, and pack equipment according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
- Frequent driving inside or outside of assigned territory or region: overnight travel by air is required for up to two weeks at a time.
- Starting and ending times of workdays will vary according to repair needs. Weekend and holiday work may be required.
