Network Engineer

Responsibilities will include;

• Managing client expectations for support requests regarding server/network/ and security issues
• Accurately and efficiently addressing client support requests
• Being intensely focused on standards and alignment in client environments
• Being able to communicate effectively and clearly
• Working cooperatively within a team of techs and engineers
• Serving as an escalation point for complex issues and requests
• Mentoring and assisting junior engineers
• Thinking logically and systematically to solve issues
• Following and documenting processes
• Having fun being a part of a team that is helping businesses grow in Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas

We are looking for the following in potential candidates for the position;

*Certifications or documented experience in the following is a requirement;*

• Microsoft Active Directory
• Storage Area Networks - particularly Nimble SANs
• Group Policy Administration
• Microsoft Cloud Platforms
• VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V
• Cisco network infrastructure including;
  • switching
  • routing
  • firewalls
  • wireless
• Cyber Security framework and implementation and troubleshooting
• Analytical and advanced troubleshooting skills
