This position is located in Charleston, SC. No remote work.

THE FULL-TIME POSITION
HART’s Retail Associate and Jewelry Assembler is a whip-smart, go-getting, proactive and organized person who is passionate about delivering an exceptional retail and customer service experience. They focus on front-of-house operations for the store, custom charm jewelry assembly & order fulfillment, and customer relations.

This is an hourly position with opportunity to grow. This position reports to our Retail Management Team.

STOREFRONT & RETAIL EXPERIENCE
❏ Deliver all areas of the HART experience to the customer on the sales floor
❏ Assemble Custom Charm Jewelry
❏ Ensure the sales floor is stocked and tidy at all times.
❏ Maintain organization of the studio
❏ Make sure the studio is always client-ready and tidy and display looks lovely.
❏ Assist studio customers and Custom Charm appointments with welcome and check-out
❏ Running occasional errands for studio supplies and work-related deliveries
❏ Support on private parties and team building workshop sales, booking, and onsite event management

ASSEMBLY & FULFILLMENT
❏ Assemble and fulfill online orders for ready-to-wear and Custom Charm Jewelry. This includes printing orders, assembling jewelry, packaging and shipping.
❏ Assist with assembly and fulfillment of wholesale orders.
❏ Assist retail events team in packing for trunk shows.

RETAIL EVENTSSUPPORT
❏ Support retails events by running our popular 'charm bar' at local events and pop-ups. If interested, you will also get the opportunity to travel regionally/nationally and do pop-ups in our partner stores in Atlanta, Greenville, Columbia, Wilmington, Houston, Austin, Boston, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
Genuine enthusiasm for retail, fashion and jewelry and outgoing, friendly demeanor. Basic-level jewelry assembly (jump rings, pliers) and an artistic eye for detail and scale. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator, personable and has incredible attention to detail and a healthy sprinkle of perfectionism. This person embodies the HART attitude - a positive, fun, curious person who loves people.
