Voyage Medical is a Primary Care in Mesa. Its location is on Alma School and Southern. We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team.

This position's rate is $90,000 and is one of the highest in the industry. It also comes with 15 Paid Vacation Days. It comes with Health, Vision and Dental benefits. It comes with 3 months paid maternity and paternity leave, as well as paid memberships for the Gym, Costco, DoorDash and others.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Comprehensive Care
• Diagnose and Treat Health Conditions
• Managing Chronic Disease
• Develop Management Plans
• Refer Patients to Specialists
• Immunizations
• Screening tests
• Phlebotomy
• Excellent communication

• That you have worked with a variety of Providers and Medical Professionals simultaneously
• Having been part of an environment that saw over 20 patients a day

Experience:

• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License
• 3 years of Nurse Practitioner or PA experience, preferably in Primary Care

Physical Requirements:

• This is a field position, and requires being on site.
• Travel between the Primary Care and Corporate locations is required as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
