Family Nurse Practitioner

On the Move Mobile IV & Medical will provide IV infusions, hormone therapy treatment, weight loss treatment and medication, medical services, dietary services with registered Dietitians, NPs who are certified to do botox treatments, and FNP-C who are experienced to provide medical and hormone therapy. Those doing botox treatment will go mobile into the clinic or patients place of residence to provide this treatment. Virtual care for medical, weight loss, and hormone treatment is virtual.

We are seeking FNP-C who want to join our team to provide virtual medical care, hormone treatment, botox treatment, and/or weight loss treatment. Very flexible position to choose the areas you want to work in. As an Independent Contractor you choose your schedule and develop a plan around your current timeframe and ability.

Pay

Pay depends on the assignment. 60/40% split of the net service, $25 dollars per consult of the IV Treatments prior to the patient receiving the IV Treatment from the mobile RN or Paramedic staff assigned to the role that day. This consult will be a 5-15 minute consult to ensure the IV Treatment provided to the patient has no contraindications. Independent Contractor can create their own packages and have consults they develop for other types of programs. All tips received for services is provided 100% to Independent Contractor. We will run specials and memberships that will bring in monthly subscriptions that will also be split with Independent Contractor.

Skills

- Medical, Hormone treatment, Weight loss, Botox certified (some or all skills preferred)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose and treat acute illness
- Provide excellent patient care services
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and work as a dynamic team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide patient education on various health topics

Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in [Arizona].
- Master's degree in Nursing with specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum of [2] years of experience working as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems
- Strong clinical skills in FNPC, Medical and speciality care
- Experience and certified in botox treatment
- Able to work as a team on your own; travel required for botox therapy mobile/clinic service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required to hold your own liability insurance

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $100.00 - $300.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 34 per week
